Original Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels

1 cup chopped nuts


Preheat oven to 375


Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.


Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Bannana Split Pie

1 package + 4 graham crackers crushed
1/2 cup margarine melted

Mix both together and press in pan

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat all together in blender for 10 minutes (do not decrease time). Spread over cracker crumbs.

Put 4 large bananas cut lengthwise on next. Spread on 1 large can of crushed pineapples, drained. Spread 1 - 8 ounce container of Cool Whip. Then sprinkle on crushed nuts and maraschino cherries. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Freeze or at least refrigerate. I freeze and thaw 30 minutes before serving.

Zucchini Casserole

Fry one onion (chopped) in 4 tab butter
Then put in Zucchini cubes (Cook at least 5 or 6 large Zucchini in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Take out and cool. When cool cut into cubes)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
1tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp Accent

When all is cool, add 2 beaten eggs.
Mix all together put in quart size pan (buttered).
Brown 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons of butter and spread over top.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Chili Egg Puff

10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
16oz creamed cottage cheese
1 lb Jack Cheese shredded
1/2 cup melted butter
2 – 4oz cans of diced chilies

Beat eggs, flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, jack cheese and melted butter.
When well blended stir in chilies.
Pour into well buttered 9x13 inch baking dishes.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Meat Loaf

2 lbs. Meat
Onions or Onion salt
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 eggs>>>>>

cheese>>>>
1 cup Milk
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
Cinnamon
Cream of Mushroom Soup Golden (gravy)

Mix all ingredients well.
Put in pan and Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Chipped Beef Dip

1 jar of Dried Beef, Chopped up
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1 can chopped Black Olives
1 pint Sour Cream

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
Enjoy with crackers or chips.

Candycooks

2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 stick oleo
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick cooking oats

Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil (for 1 minute).
Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oats.
Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper.

Potato Casserole

2 lbs. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 Onion chopped fine
2 stick Butter

1 small jar Cheese Whiz >>>>>>>
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup >>> Mix these ingredients together in bowl
1 cup sour cream >>>>>>>>>>>

Crumble the potatoes and onions together and spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Pour the 1 stick of melted butter over the potato mixture. When the cheese, soup and sour cream are mixed, pour over the potatoes mixture and now mix everything together. Crumble Corn Flake over the top and the 2nd stick of melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
